Bagguya operates a restricted platform accessible only to pre-approved professional resellers affiliated with the Vendome Europe Group.
No shipments are made to private individual consumers.
2. Shipping Destinations
Products are shipped exclusively to registered business addresses associated with approved Vendome affiliates.
Shipments are not delivered to:
- Residential addresses
- PO Boxes
- Unverified or third-party locations
All delivery details must match the information provided during account verification.
3. Shipping Methods

- Full shipment tracking
- Insurance coverage
- Proof of delivery
The choice of courier may vary depending on destination, shipment value and operational requirements.
Bagguya reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
4. Processing & Dispatch Time

8. Inspection Upon Receipt
Buyers must:

- Notify Bagguya in writing of any visible damage or discrepancies within 24 hours
Late notifications may result in rejection of related claims.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case of loss or damage during transit:
- Claims are handled in accordance with the courier’s insurance terms
- Bagguya will reasonably assist in the claims process
Liability, where applicable, is limited to the insured shipment value.
10. No Returns Due to Shipping Delays
Shipping delays, including customs or courier-related delays, do not constitute grounds for return or refund, except where expressly agreed in writing under a B2B agreement.
